Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Section 17 of the registration act says that any immovable property having value more then Rs. 100 must be registered under Registration act.

That means if you have to purchase a property anywhere in Pakistan you need its registry. The second thing u need is transfer letter or mutation on your name. The third and most important thing is possession.For more u can consult me at [email protected]
