Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

My maternal grandfather has a house on Kalangot Beach in Goa. It is now being occupied by the caretakers. Our family now wishes to claim this property back and then sell the same.

My grand father died in 1970, till then he was sending maintenance for the house to the caretakers. After that there was no maintenenace sent to date. There was a lady who was a caretaker, she wanted to purchase the house but the matter died out as there no concrete response from my grnad mother. Now, we are not sure ithat lady is there or maybe it is being occupied by a ice factory owner, who had a separate portion on the same land and he use to operate his business from there.

It has been occupied by the CTs over 30 years. We have never approached them to vacate the property.

Can the living son and daugthers claim this property
