Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
If have purchased a residential Flat through Registered Sale Deed and residing there. Now is it possible that i get half of its market value from my spouse and get it jointly registered in me and my spouse name. That is whether a flat owned singly by me can be registered jointly in me and my spouse name?

Joint ownership is not allowed in all kinds of immovable properties. Kindly let me know the details of location of flat at [email protected] so that i can guide u rightly..

one can purchase anything and everything jointly and severally, but in your case it will be a double expense as you have already spend money on one title document . the option of selling half of your ownership can be an option.
