Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Q: A person takeover property from another qabza group and lodged a case of permanent injuction which was dismissed due to firm commitment that the defendants will abide laws and will remain in the legal framework; the person smarty moved this case to Islamabad high court and took stayorder; the application was moved for lodgement of FIR under 22A, but was dismissed that the case is of civil nature hence there is no need of lodgement of FIR, whereas the qabza people made fabricated sale agreement and receipts and the signatures are totally different, no thump impression, the owner of the property was a unmarried female, infact issuless female; this lady expired and later these actions where taken, she has only only surviving brother, The proceedings against these accused 1. Illegal dispossasion case in session court and 2ndly the case transferred from dissolved Islamabad court to lower court is also under consideration, these culpirts also using various tectics to stop or to harras the legal heirs and have attempted to lodge fabricated FIR in other city that was on attempt to kidnap, this FIR was reported false, but no record certified copies was given to us. what kind of remedies we have to tackle these culprits as the case is of bogus, false documents and if the court verify these documents from fronsic lab it is matter of hardly few days, but this has gone over 1.5 years.

Its a civil case and it will take more time to resolve. if any fabricated documents are produced in the court of law and they are proved to be fabricated then you can move a private complaint for forgery and also you can file an application in your exiting case for the same.
