Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

my question is my brother had occupied my half home his wife Is lawyer case Is in court but we had got a stay order stop them for electricity connection but they installed connection and the electricity people said that stay was for six months and expired already we have got new stay they are using water connection illegally as well what should I do can I do something for cancelation of those connections
