salam sir, I hear a lot from you as you are a expert laywer.i want to discuss you regarding my friend case.i have a friend age 35 his father done second marrige before 6 years and his father dont like him and his mother.but after six year of marrige suddenly he was became very nice with his son.and his father give him a fake attorney of his sister and one brother and his self mean all sister and brother to sale a land bcz the land was near to narowal border area.so when he sale the land on that attorney which was fake and my friend dont know about that bcz his father give him this.then he give the amount of 35 lakh to his father.after getting the money from my friend.his heart was not good and he told to his sister my son sale your land to make of of your fake attorney.and from other side he told to his son escape some where but inside story his son dont know.what is going on.sos his sister meanmy friend aunty file a fir against my friend for fake attorny.now the other party also file a case and his aunty also file a case.and now after 3 months his father give him in news paper k me ne apny son ko aaak kar diya hy.so sisr we need a good advise what shall my friend doo bcz his father play with him a lot......kindly give a good advise....
