Can I sell a home in Murree?

I am in America and have a home in Murree. I will never return to PAK but I need to sell this home. How can I accomplish this?

I assume that this Murree, Pakistan. If so, I would need to brush up a bit on PAK law, but the transaction certainly sounds possible from WI. Most jurisdictions allow real estate transfer by an agent with proper authority.
