Each share holder can sale his share and there is no bar as such .but to determine the each share holder's right property. a partition suit is needed. after partition every shareholder can easily sale his share freely.

if third sister can co operate then u can make agreement with ur sister regarding partition and easily sale out remaining share.

other wise u have to file a civil suit in Civil Courts.

First try to take possession of the shares from the sister who is not willing to sell. It is better that you go for out of court settlement.. If its land then you can sell it easily without the consent of third sister.. If its a house then it will be eventually auctioned through court because those properties which are not partitionable are sold. Do let me know about the details of property. I have a very strong CV in these kind of cases. DO consult me at [email protected]

only a suit for declaration in such matters is sufficient , that alone will decalre the share holding of each legal heir in the property, and will be good enough in order to settle any future sale, gift or other contractual deals respectively in its right quantum.you can contact to discuss in detail : 0323-4638149
