Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

sir i have a question regarding our home the home was on our three brothers name.and 2 brothers are living in the home and i am living abroad now i want to sale my hisa but i cant bcz my 2 brothers are living there and also i dont have any documents of house.all the documents with my brothers.so what should i do if i will go to court so how and what will be decide by court and how long its will take time..in pakistan

I am pleading a similar kind of case which i won 2 years ago.. The property is still not auctioned.. You can go for the partition of property and when a property is not partitionable it is auctioned by the court of law... Remember the litigation will take years but because of litigation your brothers can come up for table talks... For more do consult me at [email protected]
