sir we are three sisters and two brothers my father is dead my mother married someone how the property will be distributed does any one has the share other than brother and sisters what will be the rate of distribution?

If the parents of the deceased are not alive then the wife(your mother) will get 1/8th share, rest of the property will be divided with the ratio of 2:1 among brothers and sisters. For more do consult me at [email protected]
