10 years ago a build my housei a rural area ,the person who was having the plot in front of my house blocked the way to my house ... that person son gave divorced to her wife , the plot was on her wife name in haq mehar.. i bought that plot from her sons wife, but 2 days remaining for shuffa period that person file a shufa case against me ,, can court help me in this regard i did not informed to the person that i am buyibg that plot if had informed him he did not allowed me to buy that plot i just bought that plot because my house passage was blocked since 10 years... kindly help me in this regard

i could not get your question fully, but i think your question is about the validity of Shufaa Right on plot you purchased .... if that is so - then that depends upon the site map of the plot you purchased for way through. plz let us know how much you purchased from that proportionately ?--- if you question i snot so ? re-write ur question with more details

I just want add that as it is a residential area now over 10 years then Haq Shuffa right can not be exercised there.So dont worry case ll in your favour as you are also favourit for haq shufa,
