Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

i have sold a land in rural area ,which is my village,at 700000 rs,but in legal documents we write an amount of 1000000 rs according to buyers wish.i got permission of all my relatives before selling it ,but now they have claimed huq shufa in court.how simple or difficult it will be for them to get land back,and is this possible that they get back the land by paying amount lower than 1000000 rs????????

No if they claim shufa then they have to pay the amount which other buyer has paid.
