Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Hi there

have a small problem which i could do with some help on!

i recently purchased a plot of land from someone acting in accordance to a general power of attorny.

this person has now died and the power of attorney nulled at union council.

the power of attoney was nulled before the interkal was done. everything else was done.

subsequently the owner has sold the land to someone else.

where do i stand? i have all the proof

You can take stay order and fight the case... Your case is weak but you have chances to get it decreed in your favour if its contested well.. For more do contact me at [email protected]
