Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

my uncle has died and he left a daughter and a wife as heirs, now what will be the distribution of property?? will there be any share of daughter's uncle or the daughter and wife will only be the heirs?? there is no son of late uncle

Wife will get 1/8, daughter will get 1/2 and rest will be divided among brothers and sisters of diseased. If there are parents then they have their share.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
