Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

i work in gulf in kuwait and libya 28 years and now i done second marriage.from my first wife i have 3 sons they are fincially strong good job.while i was in gulf i send them lot of money to purchase a house on there name.but i dont have the proof of sending money to them.but i send.now i want to take back that home from there name to my name are my wife name but they refused,and my elder son is was with me and he is sayng dad in court i will be say u send money to them.but i dont have any written are bank proof .. what should i do...kindly advise me

you may file a suit on basis of Benami Transaction. there are chances to get your home back.. But too depend upon your testimony in the court..
