how to get a one sided divorce. i am a 25 year old girl and it was just a nikah not a rukhsati. we just did signatures. but i wanted divorce immediately after that. and its been 4 years AND I STILL HAVNT GOT THE DIVORCE. PROBLEM IS MY FATHER DOESNT AGREE. WHAT SHUD I DO. I NEED A DIVORCE. I CANT WAIT ANYMORE.
