Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pakistan

Sir, I have been in jail in two cases from same complainent in same offence lodged in within period of 10 months during 2010.
In case no. 001= I was in jail as non convict prisoner during march to Oct 2009 and released on bail. During jail I had been produced to court asunder trial prisoner.
In case no. 002= I was sent to jail in July 2010 and during custody I was sentenced with benefit of 382-b and released in feb,2011 after completion of sentence period .
During same period I was regularly produced from jail to court in case no.001 ( cited above) .
Later in case no.001 I was sentenced on June 2010 .
My question is whether detention period of case 001 (from July 2010 to feb 2011) will be considered in in case 001 even that time I was on bail but been produced from jail to court ?? In both cases sentence was awarted with benefit of 382-b
