Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pakistan
Have land that has been put on my name 15 years ago in Pakistan, and all elders have passed away just cousins left. Just have found this out. As I have not been to Pakistan for a long tome and the time that has elapsed (15 yrs) is it possible that the land can be claimed by cousins as I have not been there to claim it? Cousins knew about this but kept it quiet.

NO they have no such right. unless they fraudulently declared you dead. or may claim that there is no one to inherit that property.
