Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pakistan

dear i m serving as lecturer for 8 yaers i transfered mself form A to B collage due to my domastic probmlems, principal of B collage do not accept my arrival charging me that i m serving in other country , in fact i m serving but still the have no proof in this regard.

what is the legal staus if the principal of secnd collage does not accept my arrival and alow me to join.

what remedy is available to me . pls adviase me.
