Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pakistan
dear i serving as lecturer for 8 years, i transferd my self to A to B collage due to my domaistic problems, Prncipal of B collage do not acept my arrival cahrging me that i m serving in private orgnaistaion in other country, in fact i m serving in kabul, but they have no prove in this regard.
what is the legal position if the principal of the second collage not accept my arrival and allow me to join.
what remedy is available to me .
