Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pakistan

What is the status of a person who served more then eleven years in a non registered set up...the head man stopped him to continue work. it was orally appointed and similarly suddenly dismissed...1. no notice time served..2. no termination benifits given to agrieved one. 3. no negligence pointed out. 4. the purpose of dismisal was to induct employer's relatives. what are the legal footings of an agrieved person?

I think we need more info to answer your question. but dont worry u have remedy. Labour courts are their to protect your right. on the other hand speedy remdy is also available in High Court.
