Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
I am an employer in Pennsylvania I have 10 employees. One of my employees is out on medical leave she was not hurt while in my employ. Do I have to hold a job open for her? It has been 6 months and might continue for several more months.

No, you do not. Based upon the facts you presented, neither state nor ferderal law would require that you hold her job open.
