what is a gagnon 2 hearing and does the defendant have any chance of winning it and getting to come home

A gagnon 2 hearing determines whether n offender violated his or her parole and if so how they are sentenced for said violation. The chance of winning depends on the evidence. If it is a technical violation the odds of a reparole are OK for a first violation.
