Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Neighbor signed a deed that had my address on it. Am I resposible for the cost to have the correction deed filed?

You should not be. He created the problem and now should fix it. If he got title insurance, you could file a claim with his title insurance provider.
