my mom scrap my 49 Cadillac. my dad and her both own the land. my dad said i could keep it their. i have the title to the car. she received money for my car. is my car stolen

Yes, your car was stolen. Your mom should be arrested for theft. And, in addition, you can sue her for the value of the car.

Also, I know car scrappers are suppose to require proof of ownership before taking the car.
Check the details of the transaction. You may have a claim against the scrap company as well.
