Legal Question in Business Law in Pennsylvania
Small Claims Court. Accusation: Malicious intent to defruad. I have no idea what the details may be.
I am asking associates for Character Letters. Should they be mailed to Judge prior to hearing, hand delivered by me on day of hearing, or delivered some other means?

You need affidavits not letters. Affidavits are statements made under oath and notarized. However, I am not entirely clear why character would be an issue. Is this civil or criminal? If criminal, then it would be better if you can present live witnesses to testify as to your good character for truthfulness and honesty.
