If I'm turning 16 and my boyfriend is 19 and we have sex, could he get in trouble for it?

Well turning 16 means you're 15 and yes he's breaking the law.

In essence I agree with my colleague, and I will add that if you still reside with your parents and have not been emancipated your parents may be able to file a complaint alleging that you are under age and thefore legally can not consent to sexual activity. Most of the statutes relating to sexual offenses iagainst minors in Pennsylvnaia, list certain age thresholds.

To be safe I would suggest you and your boyfriend speak with your parents and disclose your relationship. Your parents are the ones in the position if they so choose to seek law enforcement intervention.
