Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania
How to withdraw an immigration bond
A few years ago my husband and I had to pay two immigration bonds to the Philadelphia immigration court. We were recently granted asylum and would like to get these money back along with the accumulated interest. I've researched Internet today, but there's no info on how to withdraw an immigration bond. Can anyone please help?

Re: How to withdraw an immigration bond
You need to take your bond papers that you received when you posted it back to 1600 Callowhill Street. As long as the bond was posted in your name you should be able to retreive the money. If you need any help please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
