Legal Question in Disability Law in Pennsylvania

So I am currently on ARD for a year, and got caught with a small amount of marijuana and a bowl 6months prior to release what kind of punishment am I looking at?

The problem when you are on ARD is that if you get new charges, the ARD is violated and that case comes back to court for either a plea or trial. So you will have 2 cases that you will have to deal with. I don't know what the ARD charges were, but if you call me I can give you some insight.
