Legal Question in Disability Law in Pennsylvania

I am a disabled state employee and was wondering if there can be any reprocussions for me requesting a reasonabl accomodation

There should be no repercussions as the law requires that an employer must reasonably accommodate the real or even perceived disabilities of its employees.
