Legal Question in Disability Law in Pennsylvania

I am a disabled state employee and was wondering if there can be any reprocussions for me requesting a reasonabl accomodation

There should be no repercussions as the law requires that an employer must reasonably accommodate the real or even perceived disabilities of its employees.

It is always advisable that you speak with a lawyer that focuses on employment law or disability law prior to engaging in discussions with your employer about accommodations. Speaking with an attorney beforehand can help make sure that the request is most likely to get the proper attention from the employer.
