Legal Question in Disability Law in Pennsylvania

discrimation union pension

I am disabled my union refused my pension after 28 yrs. of service. because of a 1000 hr. clause. I do have SSD award. Four yr. back money. If you can not help me can you lead me to the right type of attorney, civil rights, discrimation, etc. I need to sue union for discrimation against disabled or the handicap. Thank you.
