Legal Question in Disability Law in Pennsylvania

I have a law suit against a previous employer and the lawyer I hired awhile ago which I paid for he did not take forward any effort neither did he "represent" me at all. I have less then 90 days to go threw with the case which was filled as lawfully terminating against discrimination. I backed my case with medical proof and documentation. The person I worked for in her also used foul language and wrongfully accessed me. She also was looking to find any reason to fire me and lied about facts of the termination as well as other specifics. I had a note stating from my doctor I had to eat at certain times due to the medication I was taking which was addressed the 2nd month of employment. She terminates me for eating on the job. So my question is, is this worth pursuing since I was denied unemployment benefits as well as my insurance being terminated right away since I was fired the last day of the month?
