Legal Question in Disability Law in Pennsylvania

Hello, my son is 20 years old and lives with Aspergers syndrome and type 1 diabetes. He works at a car dealership as a detailer and has only been there 4 weeks. Today we found out some of the incidents He has been dealing with. His boss did not like how he detailed a car and grabbed him by the shirt and pulled him over to 2 cars he did to point out what he didn't like. His boss also shorted him a weeks pay and went on vacation so he only got his paycheck. He left work early this week because his sugars were very high and he was spilling key tones in his urine. He was out the following day for the same reason. He provided a doctors note for his absence. He went back to work today, and each car he did, the boss singled him out and made him redo his work. He was the only one to have this done. He was provided with a checklist of what is to be done, and he goes by the book as to how he is supposed to detail. Many of the guys are making comments and noises at him in the workplace and have made it extremely uncomfortable for him to work there. I feel they are trying to get him to quit because of his disabilities. I need to know his rights, because he cannot defend himself. Thank you-Walter brennan

He may have a claim under the ADA. There is not sufficient information. In many cases the size of the company is relevant in order to qualify for a claim. It does not sound like an appropriate placefor him to keep working at under the facts you stated. i suggest you make an appointment with an attorney to discuss the matter in more detail.
