Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pennsylvania

Am I being used?

My boss shook my hand and gave me a raise. Three days later, he changed his mind and took it away. I have no benefit's, I am a Caregiver administrator.I am only paid 40hrs week, work wekends on call 24/7..I feel this is wrong. I also go out marketing.

Not to mention I REESTABLISHED this franchise becasuse it was falling under due to previous employee who was a major thief.

I am in charge of hiring, firing, interviewing.again my title is Administravive Coordinator. I am paid 12.00 hr. that's it.

PS..My boss is an Attorney

I don't think you have any recourse. Pennsylvania is employment at will and if the terms of employment are not to your liking you can simply quit the job.
