i went to the lot where i purchased my vehicle to pay the taxes and 800$ to the lot i owed them, they said the bank was not reporting the payments, have ALL the reciepts from payment made via post office money order, my car was repossed, What can i do? i dont really want to deal w/ them anymore due to there unproffessional ways but if this is going to affect my credit i perfer itd be a voluntary repo (i bought the car to them) at the same time i am tracing the money orders, what should/can i do??

My suggestion is to file against the dealership in Arbitration. The local MDJ probably knows them well and they probably get favorable treatment there. I think you have a case that a lawyer may be interested in as an Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law case. The bank not reporting payments sounds like fraud to me.
