Charter for a Church

What is the PA Statute for starting a church ? How do you start a chruch in PA ? I am a recently ordained minister and I want to start a church.

You want to register with the Pennsylvania Department of State as a non-profit corporation so that you may accept donations. This is not a simple process and you will need an attorney.
