It isn't clear to me whether you are saying that your employer is changing your schedule by reducing hours or whether your employer is modifying the hours that you actually worked on your time card to reduce your wages. If it is the first, your employer is free to modify your schedule. If it is the second you want to call the wage and hour division of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.
