Extened leave from work
If someone was diagnosed with Cancer and they needed to take off from work. Other than the Family Medical Leave Act, what would be the person's other options as far as taking off from work and still getting paid. Also if the person was being denied the Family Medical Leave Act what could they do? WHat other options would this person have?

A person's pay doesn't continue under the Family Medical Leave Act. It requires an employer to provide up to 12 weeks of unpaid medical leave.
