felony 3 theft
What is the time given for first time felony 3 in theft in the amount of 3,000 dollars. I was caught I go to my perlimanary tomorow, what should I expect?

Your attorney will cross-examine the witnesses (probably police) to see if there is a prima facie case. Normally you will not testify. At the Preliminary Hearing you will most likely be held for court and will have to sign a subpoena for a date for formal arraignment. Most likely your bond will be continued.
