Power of attorney
I will be serving as a co-power of attorney with another person and wish to know how to settle a much different opinion with the other co-power of attorney?

Brute force sometimes works but can get you in trouble. Seriously, with anything but major issues people can usually get along. If it comes to a major issue then mediation is probably the way to go.
