Can a non physician own a medical practice

I'm not sure how to answer this. A non-physician is not able to practice medicine but there are a lot of corporations that own hospitals. I suppose that you are asking if you could form a corporation to establish a clinic or something of that nature and I think the answer is yes, but you would not be able to practice medicine. For example, some years ago there were a lot of facilities offering MRI's and I believe that not all of them were physician owned. Of course a lot of them were physician owned. If I'm right and that is what you are considering, then I strongly suggest that you discuss the matter with your attorney before investing.
