Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pennsylvania

Ex-boyfriend sued me.

I was living with my ex for 2yrs.I paid all of the bills for a yr and 1/2.In the process of us being together my sister gave me a check and asked for me to deposit and it ended up being counterfiet...He had to put some money in the account to cover some of it...He claimed to have gotten it from a loan shark...to make a long story short that was one of the things he sued me for along with damage to the 2004 Expedtion that he brought for me and took it back..60,000 mile tune up and a laptop he gave as a gift,and discover card he got in my name that I used to move.Now I countersued for the truck payments and the judge didn't even let me explain my side and gave him his judgement.I'm appealing the case but was wondering if I can get back the payments for the truck along with other things I'm going to sue him for?

This is just one of those messy cases. You need a good lawyer ASAP.

Hi:

From what little you told me I think possibly you may be barred by the doctrine of res judicate and collateral estoppel,ie every issue that is relevant to the litigation should be brought up during the litigation. Good Luck
