Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pennsylvania
I live in PA and guess I was charged with a retail theft 8years ago which I do not remember since then I went to jail on different charges also went on drug court and had a 3 year probation and just found out I had a warrant for this will the judge just throw this out this case should of been brought up when I went on drug court

Fwiw, I don't think the judge will throw out the charges. That's not how it works here in California, though in Pennsylvania the answer might be different. Re-posting your question may get you a more reliable answer from a Pennsylvania lawyer.
