Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pennsylvania

How long to file appeal after jury verdict

I was wondering how long a defense attorney has to file an appeal in a civil jury trial. It is my understanding that the defense has 10 days to file for an intent to appeal which has already been done but I have heard different time allowances for the actual appeal. Thank You very much for yor time.

Within 10 days a Omnibus Motion for post trial relief may be filed be any party. Generally, the proper course would be to lay the appealable issue within this motion. Then if it is denied to appeal the denial of the motion within 30 days.
