Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pennsylvania

wrongfully convicted/vindication sought

I have done six years on a wrongful conviction based solely on a fabric of one person's lies. Now six months free, the ''witness'' is willing to tell the truth. How and where do I present my evidence seeking vindication?

Re: wrongfully convicted/vindication sought

You asked about reversing a conviction that was based upon perjured testimony.

You need to get an attorney immediately. There are various means to have the matter opened and handled. Do not have any contact with that person again except through an attorney. That person has exposed themselves to charges of perjury, which can land them in prison and also have opened his/herself to a civil suit by you for that same act.

Your damages would be whatever it takes to compensate you for the time you wrongfully spent convicted.

Again, you need to hire an attorney immediately.

Roger
