Legal Question in Banking Law in Pennsylvania
please advise - computer purchased, never charged
i ordered a laptop over the phone from a computer manufacturer. they charged my banking debit card approx. $2100. i received the computer. Two days later for no reason they refunded my card $2100. Question 1. How long do they have to legally charge my debit card for the computer? 2. Can they legally re-charge the $2100 after they already did once and refunded me at their wilfullnes? 3. If they attempt to recharge me, and they are denied, can they take legal action against me?
