Bank will not accept early pay off
contract say ''you have the right to pay off early''
bank says it depends on the definetion of early.
I want to pay them now. They say try again in 30 days

Something is very strange here. You should be able to pay off the loan immediately. Suggest you seek legal counsel to review the entire document. Gerald Hershenson Esq.
