Yes I want to know if the FBI will pick me up for not paying a bill with a credit card company and they're saying that i Create some type of fraud

I believe it is unlikely the FBI will come and try to arrest you for not paying your credit card bill. However, if you have defraud the credit card company that might result in some government entity trying to arrest you. It is important than that you speak to a lawyer as soon as possible regarding your legal matter. I would not recommend going into the problem on this forum, rather speak to an attorney in a private setting regarding your particular situation.
