Inheritance tax
If my mother has my name as a power of attorney on her checking act., when she passes away, as I entitled to any of that money? What if shes does not have a will?

Upon death the power of attorney can not be used. Unless your name is on the account, you will not end up with the ownership of the account. Gerald Hershenson Esq.
