Legal Question in Banking Law in Pennsylvania

Lender liability and other actionable grievances

Hello. My company of 30 employees is no more. I do have a case of Lender Liability as well as a case of commercial wrongdoing. In my humble opinion, damages are significant,

$3M plus as a conservative estimate. I own(ed) 100% of the corporation and I have a degree in Finance.

My problem is that I would be taking on a very large bank operating in the northeast, with obviously very deep pockets. However, the public relations nightmare that my story and the TRUTH would cause would do significant damage to their perceived identity as a neighborhood bank and overall good samaritan.

Who would like to talk to me and possibly take this on as a contingent fee based action? Thank you for your time and consideration.

In my opinion you will have great difficulty obtaining an attorney to handle this on a contingent fee. There are attorneys who do this type of litigation but usually there is a stream of income in which to pay the attorney. The costs alone could be significant. Gerald Hershenson Esq. 215-579-9390
